If you want to earn your living by making money online, our aim is to provide you with the technical know how and much more, to make that happen for you.
We show you ways of making money such as how to build email lists, and how to build websites using WordPress. Sometimes there’s a bit of a learning curve involved and we provide comprehensive and easy to follow training, such as step-by-step WordPress tutorial videos which are also available as PDF reports.
You can find WordPress training everywhere these days but it soon gets outdated or is incorrect! Here at IM Know How we pride ourselves on quickly producing updates to the WordPress tutorials whenever WordPress do an update.

Bio Anne Groom
I have been a self-employed counseling psychotherapist and trainer for many years and I describe myself as having an entrepreneurial streak. I run a Private Practice and also provide Counseling and Psychotherapy Services for a Group Medical Practice and several organizations. Over the years I have run adult training courses in the self-help categories for organizations and Colleges of Further Education
Eventually I began to investigate the Internet as a possible way of supplementing my income starting off, as many people do, with selling on eBay and Amazon. In a way I served an apprenticeship on the ever-evolving Internet over quite a few years, learning and researching as I began to take action.
At the beginning of 2010 I joined an excellent private membership site on the Internet, for intermediate and advanced Internet Marketers. That was where I made acquaintance with Lynne, my business partner. We decided to pool our various expertise and work together on several projects, one of them being to develop this website as a one stop place for new Internet Marketers to come and learn. I personally think that my learning curve could have been quite a lot shorter if more of what I was learning was in one place, rather than scattered all over the Internet.
I live in the North West of England, UK, very close to the beautiful Lake District, which is where I often visit and walk the hills and mountains.
Bio Lynne Ivatt
My name is Lynne Ivatt I’ve been earning my living online since 2001. I mainly build and market websites these days. I live in the east of England UK.
My early career was in accounting I did two years of my AAT exams before deciding against that career choice.
I was a Fund Manager in a General Practice for several years; I later moved into Practice Management until 2000 when I became a mum. I moved to working from home from more or less then on.
I started initially selling on eBay, this evolved into website development for various online businesses. I also started to diversify by doing freelance work and many other things in the virtual world.
I’ve learned so much along the way about not only earning a living online but also the technical ‘how to do things’. The latter is often missing from money making training products. I know from experience how hard it can be to find the right technical knowledge to make things happen, so that is why this site came about.
It’s based on information (that is always updated when things change) for new marketers needing that extra technical help. We are also developing a robust mindset section which is where Anne’s expertise is, as you will see from her profile.
Having the right mindset is something that Anne and I both know is also a key component of being successful online.
It’s my intention along with Anne, that the site will grow and grow almost on a daily basis. It will be kept up to date and will we hope, become a fountain of knowledge for marketers needing the technical ‘how to’!
